Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lip gloss, lip scrubs, or other beauty products once they have been purchased.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

    •    Your full name

    •    Your order number

    •    Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging


If approved, we may offer:

    •    A replacement

    •    A store credit

    •    Or a refund, depending on the situation


Refunds


Refunds are only issued for:

    •    Items that arrive damaged

    •    Items that are incorrect

    •    Orders that cannot be fulfilled by our store


Refunds are not issued for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Delayed shipping caused by the carrier

    •    Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer

    •    Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself


Lost or Stolen Packages


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.


Cancellations


Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, your order may already be processed and can no longer be canceled.
